Dr Samuel Hui MBBS MPH FRACP

Dr Samuel Hui is a Gastroenterologist and Hepatologist. He treats patients with all forms of gastrointestinal disease and performs endoscopic procedures, including gastroscopy and colonoscopy. Sam has a subspecialty interest in liver diseases and liver cancer.  Sam graduated from medical school at Monash University in 2014 and completed his advanced training in gastroenterology at Monash and Austin Health, including time with the Victorian Liver Transplant Unit. He currently holds a public appointment as a consultant Gastroenterologist at Monash Medical Centre.

Sam is passionate about clinical research and was awarded the Victorian Trainee Research Prize by the Royal Australasian College of Physicians in 2021. Sam is currently completing a PhD at Monash University, investigating liver cancer screening in Australia.

Outside of medicine, Sam enjoys travelling and spending time with his young family.
